Review: Unleashed (Long, Tall Texans #49) by Diana Palmer

She vowed to never trust another man…until she met him. A passionate new Long, Tall Texans romance from New York Times bestselling author Diana Palmer Clancey Lang knows how to run. She’s been doing it since the day she fled her abusive home to save her and her younger brother’s lives. That was the same day she decided to never let herself depend on anyone else. Especially men. Though she’s tempted—mighty tempted—to put her faith in her boss, ruggedly handsome Texas Ranger Colter Banks. If only he would look her way… For far too long, Colter has been distracting himself with women he knows will never fully satisfy him. But…

    Amelia: A Novel

A Dangerous Thing Called LOVE!!! This is one of Diana Palmers older stories. Originally released back in 1993. Amelia takes place in early 1900, the Desert Country of West Texas. Going back to reminisce on my younger years of reading a romance novel. I remembered this book as being good back then. But now that I am older, I can see all the faults with this story. Amelia was a kind and yet timid. Whose life was being terrorized by her father; I know there isn’t a true reason why someone wants to abuse a female, whether it be physical or mentally. But Diana Palmer surely tries. The explanation on…

    Wyoming Legend (Wyoming Men)

Who abducted Diana Palmer?  I am a huge fan of Diana Palmer. I began reading her books in my early adult years. But recently, I noticed a huge change in her writing. Where are the strong, capable women? Women who were capable of handling domineering males in a romance story.   In the last past several books all Diana Palmer female characters were too timid, to the point that the female characters became 2D. There are aspects in DP latest book, that has become a norm for all her female characters. They must be virginal and weak. I don’t mind that a female can be pure. But come on, weak to…

    Review: Invincible (Long, Tall Texans)

Mercenary by name and by nature, Carson is a Lakota Sioux who stays to himself and never keeps women around long enough for anything emotional to develop. But working with his friend Cash Grier on a complex murder investigation provides Carson with another kind of fun—shocking Cash’s sweet but traditional secretary, Carlie Blair, with tales of his latest conquests. My Take: Seriously you can’t go wrong reading one of Diana Palmer’s books, they will leave you breathless and wanting more. Invincible is a good example. What I love about this book was the characters Carson and Carlie. Carlie your average every day women, with higher to normal IQ with a…

    Wyoming Strong

There are not too many books that will make me cry. However, Wyoming Strong by Diana Palmer was the exception to the rule. Sara a victim of a brutal attack by her step-father is unable to get over the past. Wolf Patterson who was betrayed by the women he thought he loved too is unable or unwilling to let the past go. These two worlds collide when the woman who betrays Wolf comes back and she is on a mission to destroy Wolf and the woman that he has now come to love. This was an adventure that I didn’t want to miss. I fell in love with Wolf and…
