Government operative David Jenkins is skilled at controlling his emotions. Feelings are lethal when your job is to infiltrate minds, erase and implant thoughts, and guard the nation’s intellectual capital. But even he can’t fight his strange attraction to Grace Woznisky. He’ll do whatever it takes to protect her from a madman intent on possessing both their minds. Neither suspect their dangerous enemy has a larger motive, and David may be Grace’s only chance for survival.
Can he control her heart?
All freelance artist Grace wants is steady-paying work and to see her flighty sister to the altar. But after David offers her a job, she finds herself in the middle of a mental tug of war—one that has her reeling from nightmares and fighting for her life. She must decide: Are her growing feelings for her new boss authentic, or is she a victim of his mind-altering abilities?
A dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, and dimension of mind, you just crossed over into Mind Waves. What a cautionary world Amanda Uhl has written.
If you every thought of signing up for one of those dating sights or thinking about hooking up with that nice guy you met over the internet. You should seriously think about reading this book first.
Only worries Grace had was, being able to pay her mortgage on time which wasn’t looking good if she doesn’t find herself a steady income and Stat. Then fate dropped David into her lap. David offered her a job to where Grace could put her love of turning glass into art and still make a nice income.
As Grace found herself becoming attracted to David; strange things started to happen. Grace began to have strange dreams about another woman that she never met, if that is not worrying enough, David’s sister told her how David was a hacker, and not one of your every day hackers either.
Mind Waves the first in the Mind Hackers serious the story was fast pace with an interesting plot. This was a paranormal romance that you don’t want to miss. I definitely can’t wait for the next book in this series.
